Disney Springs is an outdoor area near the Walt Disney World Resort that has lots of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
It’s free to visit, but you’ll have to buy food and things while you’re there. It is not a theme park, so you do not need an admission ticket.
If you’re wanting to eat Disney Springs breakfast, then you’re in luck because Walt Disney Company has provided tons of options.
The Disney Springs restaurants in this list serve breakfast and/or brunch.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

If you’re a donut lover and a coffee lover like me, then this is the breakfast spot for you! It’s located in the West Side of Disney Springs.
They have fresh donuts that are handmade daily and cold brewed coffee.
You can get classic donuts like Classic Glazed and Chocolate Iced Sprinkles. You can also choose from fancier options like Nutella Boston Cream, Maple Double Bacon, Peanut Butter Explosion, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
They also have fries and breakfast sandwiches like The Donut Burger, Classic Egg & Cheese, and the Breakfast Sammie.
As the restaurant’s name would suggest, they of course have lots of yummy cold brew coffees available! They have Peppermint Mocha cold brew, Salted Caramel, and more.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
Brunch is served in this Disney Springs restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays 9:30am-1pm. Chef Art Smith is a celebtrity chef. This place is known for it’s Southern comfort food.
This is a very popular restaurant, so it is recommended that you have a reservation.
There are tons of great options on the brunch menu, like Hush Puppy Benedict, Fried Chicken and Doughnuts, Key Lime Berry Parfait, and Short Rib Hash.
They also have a kids menu with French Toast and Junior Farmer Plate.
They even have a wide variety of cocktails including Aperol Spritz, Royal Sangria, Princess Mimosa, and Moonshine Mash. It is located in The Landing. You can use the Disney Dining Plan here.

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

This coffee shop is located in The Landing at Disney Springs. They serve coffee, tea, frozen drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
The absolute best part of this restaurant though is the Disney character latte art! You can get characters like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on your latte. Ask the barista to see which latte art they have available when you’re there.
Earl Of Sandwich
This American quick service location is in the Disney Springs Marketplace. It is much more affordable than some of the other Disney Springs breakfast options.
You can sit down to eat or grab your breakfast on the go.
Some of the things on their breakfast menu are hot sandwiches like Ham & Swiss, Bacon Egg & Cheddar, and Sausage Egg & Cheddar.
They also have a Sausage Breakfast burrito, oatmeal, coffee, and hot tea.

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
This bakery is in The Landing. They have vegan options and gluten free options.
This restaurant serves donuts, bagels, cinnamon rolls, eclairs, hot tea, hot coffee, and tons of yummy treats.
If you’re looking for vegan and gluten free Disney springs breakfast options, then this is the place to go!
House Of Blues Restaurant & Bar
House Of Blues Restaurant & Bar is in West Side. It is a fun and lively restaurant. They have American and Southern food.
Brunch is served 10am to 2pm on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). You can get the full menu plus brunch menu starting at noon. They have bottomless beverages (mimosas or bloody marys) for $16!
Their brunch offerings include Chicken ‘n’ Donuts, Breakfast Burrito, Chicken Biscuits & Gravy, Tennessee Toast, Pig Grits & Shrimp, and more.
Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante
Sunday brunch is served here. It is in The Landing.
Some of the brunch foods they serve are Eggs Benedetto, Crunch Toast, and Smoked Salmon Board.
Raglan Road Irish Pub And Restaurant

This restaurant is in The Landing in Disney Springs and they serve Irish food.
The Rollicking Raglan Brunch is on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 3pm. From 12-3pm the Rhythms Of Raglan Dance Show is on the Main Stage.
You can make reservations and it is recommended that you do.
Some of the brunch menu options are the Full Irish breakfast, Scrumpet City, Pancakes Diaspora, and Beef Benny. They also have a lot of kids options, desserts, starters, cocktails, beer, whisky, and more.
Starbucks
You can find Starbucks in the Marketplace. They have a lot of different drinks including coffee and tea, pastries, treats, hot breakfast options, and more.
This is perfect if you want to get a quick breakfast to eat while walking around Disney Springs and shopping.
STK Orlando

STK Orlando is a modern steakhouse located in The Landing in Disney Springs. They do not have a breakfast menu, but they do have a brunch one. Brunch is only served on the weekends (only Saturday and Sunday).
It is suggested that you have a reservation as this restaurant can be quite busy.
The brunch menu has a ton of options. They have entrees like Eggs & Avocado On Toast and Lobster & Eggs Benedict. They also serve steaks, sides, desserts, mocktails, cocktails, wine, and beer.
For desserts they have Bag O’ Donuts, Cheesecake, Apple Pie, and more.
The BOATHOUSE
Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 2pm. It’s located in The Landing.
The brunch menu includes a Belgian Waffle, Steak and Eggs, Crabcakes Benedict, Chicken Biscuit & Gravy, and more!
You can ride the Amphicar after eating, which is a vehicle that can go on land and water.
Vivoli il Gelato
A gelato shop may not seem like a typical place to get breakfast, but there are some great options here. They serve Liege waffles like a strawberry waffle, a nutella waffle, and a churro waffle.
They also have bakery items like Bomboloni (Italian Doughnut), Rasperberry Tart, and a gluten free Chocolate Chip Shortbread. You can also get coffee and a few other beverages.
It is located in The Landing.
Wine Bar George
Wine Country Brunch is served here on Saturdays and Sundays 10:30am to 2pm. It’s in The Landing.
They serve French Toast, Wine Country Omelet, Burrata, Olive Oil Cake, Key Lime Pie, and more.
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
You can get brunch here. It is fine dining and reservations are recommended. It is located at Town Center.
They serve Avocado Toast, Crispy Chicken & Waffles, Breakfast Pizza, and Old School Breakfast. The prices here are better than some of the other Disney Springs brunch options.
