These are all of the things that you really need to know if you are going to Walt Disney World in November 2025. It is good to know about everything going on so you can plan your vacation accordingly and take note of all the things you do not want to miss out on. This list includes changes to a ride, holiday season dates, holiday parties, festivals starting and ending, closures, and much more.
Holiday Season

The holiday season at Disney World will go from November 14th to December 31, 2025. This includes Main Street holiday decor and wreaths, Hollywood Studios gets Christmas decor, a Frozen Holiday Surprise at Cinderella’s Castle, Tower of Terror does nightly holiday projections, Minnie Mouse does holiday dining at Hollywood & Vine, Toy Story Land is filled with holiday decor, Animal Kingdom has Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition, and so much more.
Weather

The weather at Disney World in Florida gets nicer in November than previous months. It typically is less hot and humid and has less rain than other months, which is nice. We always recommend bringing a poncho on your vacation just in case it rains though. The typical high is in the 70s or 80s and the low is usually in the 50s or 60s. Dress for warmer weather and bring a sweatshirt for the mornings and evenings.
Crowds

November has a mix of crowded days and days that are not very busy. The first few weeks should have pretty low crowds at Disney World’s theme parks. Then the week of Thanksgiving, crowds will get much, much worse because a lot of people will go on vacation here for Thanksgiving and the break they get from school and work.
Mickey & Minnie’s Birthday

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse share a birthday, which is November 18th. This year their birthday is on a Tuesday, which should be a lower crowd day. Some years Disney World has done special treats for their birthday. They also might wear birthday attire for the day, and there could also be a special birthday cavalcade parade. Have you ever been in the parks to celebrate Mickey and Minnie’s birthday?
Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day is on Thursday November 27th. This is typically a busy day in the theme parks since many people go on vacation during this time. Disney World usually does some special things for Thanksgiving, like special Thanksgiving menus at select restaurants. Some restaurants that have in the past are Tusker House Restaurant, Trattoria al Forno, Satu’li Canteen, and Topolino’s Terrace.
Thanksgiving Break

Thanksgiving break is the week of Thanksgiving Day. The length of the break people get varies from the whole week to a few days around Thanksgiving Day. You can expect to see increased crowds in the parks for the entire week of Thanksgiving, but especially on Thanksgiving Day and the day after. Many people in America do not have work and school during this time, so they go to Walt Disney World for vacation. Have you ever been to Disney World for Thanksgiving?
