These are all of the Disney World closures for November 2025 that you can expect to see throughout the month. They are in Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. They are good to be aware of before you go so you can plan your trip around them.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
Disney World just announced that Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will be closed for a few days in November 2025. It is a trackless and modern ride located in the France Pavilion in EPCOT park. This ride is a 3D ride right now, but it is going to be changed to a 2D ride. The closure will take place from November 10th through 13th, so the change will go into effect when it opens on November 14th.
Mickey’s Philharmagic
Mickey’s Philharmagic in Magic Kingdom will be closed for a bit in November. It will be closed from November 1st through 22nd. This is a fun concert show that is great for people of all ages.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Big Thunder Mountain is a great roller coaster in Frontierland in Magic Kingdom. It closed at the very beginning of 2025 and will be reopening sometime in 2026. An exact reopening date has not been announced. The ride received an entire new track and is getting a lot of other updates.
Walt Disney World Railroad Frontierland Station
The Frontierland station of the Walt Disney World Railroad is currently closed. This started over the summer when other parts of the area, like the Rivers of America closed. The railroad is still running between Main Street, USA and Fantasyland though.
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin is an interactive ride in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom. It closed at the beginning of August 2025 and is expected to reopen sometime in 2026. The ride is getting new ride vehicles, new blasters, and more put into it. Read about the changes coming to this ride and others here.
Animation Courtyard
Animation Courtyard closed up at the end of September 2025 to undergo a major refurbishment. Disney World also closed the show Disney Jr. Play and Dance as part of the refurbishment. It should be reopening in 2026.
Kali River Rapids
Kali River Rapids is a water ride in Animal Kingdom park. It closed in October and will be reopening in December 2025.
Dino-Bite Snacks
Dino-Bites Snacks is a restaurant in DinoLand USA in Animal Kingdom. It will close permanently on October 20th.
Trilo-Bites
Trilo-Bites is another restaurant in DinoLand USA in Animal Kingdom that will be closing permanently on October 20th. These restaurants are closing since all of DinoLand is closing soon and the area will be a Tropical Americas land featuring an Encanto ride and an Indiana Jones ride. Blizzard Beach
Blizzard Beach is one of the two Disney World water parks. It closed in September for seasonal maintenance and it is unknown when it will reopen. Typhoon Lagoon is currently open though.
Upcoming Closures
Other closures coming up that we know about are the Skyliner closing from January 25-31, 2026. Also, DINOSAUR and the rest of DinoLand USA are closing permanently on February 2, 2026. Rock n Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith will close sometime in 2026 and reopen in the summer with a Muppets theme.
