These are the best things to do indoors in Disney World other than rides. There are a lot of indoor rides, but if that’s not your thing, then consider doing some of the activities on this list instead.
Character Dining
The four Disney World theme parks are full of character dining options that are indoors. Some of them are Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios, Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kingdom, and Tusker House in Animal Kingdom.
Indoor Character Meet n Greets
There are indoor character meet n greets throughout the parks. One of the favorites is Mickey Mouse in Town Square Theater on Main Street, USA in Magic Kingdom.
Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along
The Beauty and the Beast Sing-A-Long is an indoor show. It is located in World Showcase in EPCOT. It is 15 minutes long and features the hit songs from the Beauty and the Beast movie.
Enchanted Tiki Room
The Enchanted Tiki Room is a really fun bird show full of audio animatronics. It is in Magic Kingdom park. It’s fun to get a Dole Whip and eat it in here.
Turtle Talk With Crush
Turtle Talk With Crush is located in The Seas With Nemo & Friends Pavilion in EPCOT. It is an interactive show with Crush, the turtle from Finding Nemo.
The Animation Experience at Conservation Station

You can build a custom droid at Droid Depot. It is located in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios park. The cost is $119.99 per droid.
Build A Lightsaber
You can build your very own custom lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop. This is in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. It costs $249.99 and you need to be 5 years old to do this.
Get A Haircut
Harmony Barber Shop located on Main Street, USA in Magic Kingdom does haircuts. They’re not nearly as expensive as you’d think for it being at Disney World. A popular one to do here is baby’s first haircuts.
Monster’s Inc. Laugh Floor
Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor is a comedic show that is hosted by Mike Wazowski. It is indoors in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom.
Disney Jr. Play and Dance!
Disney Jr. Play and Dance is a popular show for kids. It is in Hollywood Studios and features Mickey Mouse, Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, and Timon.
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
If you have kids who can’t get enough of Frozen, then take them to see For The First Time In Forever. This is a Frozen sing-a-long show in Echo Lake in Hollywood Studios.
Vacation Fun – An Original Animated Short with Mickey & Minnie
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are so classic, so it’s always fun to do things that involve them. This is a show in Hollywood Studios in Echo Lake that is in an indoor theater.
Country Bear Jamboree
Country Bear Jamboree is an indoor show located in Magic Kingdom. It features bear animatronics that sing. This is the perfect escape on a rainy day.
