If you’re a tall person, you may be wondering if you’ll fit on all of the rides at Disneyland and California Adventure. Most people who are 6’0″+ fit on the rides, but there are some that are tight when it comes to leg room, so let this be your warning. This list has all of the worst rides for tall people at Disneyland.
Mad Tea Party

Mad Tea Party is quite possibly the worst ride for people with long legs. You get into a little teacup and it has a spinning wheel in the middle. If you want to go on this, try to ride with small children or only one other adult to have more room. Thankfully, this is one of the shortest rides at only 1.5 minutes long. These are all of the other shortest rides at Disneyland.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is another that is tight for taller people. The other problem with this ride is that there is a lap bar that goes across 2 people who sit next to each other. If you aren’t the same size, it can be up too high for the smaller person, like a child.
Space Mountain

Space Mountain is another ride that is tight when it comes to leg room. If you’re taller, you’ll have to squish in, but this ride is so thrilling and worth it. These are the best thrill rides at Disneyland.
Chip n Dale’s GadgetCOASTER

Chip ‘n’ Dale’s GadgetCOASTER is a small roller coaster for kids in Toontown. The ride vehicle is small and does not have a lot of room. Unless you have a kid who really wants to go on this, then consider skipping it.
Jungle Cruise

The Jungle Cruise has boats you board that you ride with a lot of other people. Depending on where you sit, you’ll be sitting across from other people and sharing leg room. This can be hard for taller people, but is doable.
Storybook Land Canal Boats

Storybook Land Canal Boats is another boat ride where you sit with a lot of other people. They fill the boats, so you don’t have a ton of room.
Matterhorn Bobsleds

Matterhorn Bobsleds has little bobsled looking ride vehicles that you board. They are tight, but hopefully will still work for you if you are wanting to go on this attraction.
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage

Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage can be hard to get into since you get down into a submarine and once you’re in it you do not have much leg room. If you don’t want to ride it, but still want to experience it, you can go to the Observation Outpost instead and view the ride while sitting in a room. See more secret spots in Disneyland here.
Casey Jr. Circus Train

Casey Jr. Circus Train has several different train cars to choose from when boarding the ride. The ones that are covered and look like cages are much harder to get into, so opt for an open one.
Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride

Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride is a dark ride in Fantasyland. The ride vehicles are a bit on the small side, causing there to not be a lot of leg room.
Astro Orbitor

Astro Orbitor can be rough for tall people because the rockets you ride in are a little hard and awkward to get into and you sit one person in front of the other. The taller person should definitely go in the back.
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind

Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind is a ride in California Adventure. You get into a ride vehicle that looks like a hot air balloon and has a core memory ball on top. It can be a little tight, so don’t try to squeeze too many people in with you.
