Disneyland and California Adventure park have added a lot of Pixar rides over the last decade or so. California Adventure park has changed a lot of rides to be themed from Pixar movies and they have even added Pixar themed lands. These are all of the Pixar rides at the Disneyland Resort.
Incredicoaster
Incredicoaster is a roller coaster on Pixar Pier in California Adventure park. It used to be California Screamin, but in 2018 it was redone to have theming from the movie The Incredibles.
Pixar Pal-A-Round
Pixar Pal-A-Round is the big ferris wheel in California Adventure park that has Mickey Mouse’s head on it. It has been other themes, before, but has been Pixar themed since 2018. Each of the ride vehicles have different Pixar characters on them, like Mater from Cars.
Toy Story Midway Mania
Toy Story Midway Mania is another Pixar Pier ride. It’s Toy Story themed and is a game where you aim at targets to earn points.
Jessie’s Critter Carousel
Jessie’s Critter Carousel is another Toy Story themed ride on Pixar Pier. It’s a merry-go-round that has unique animals to ride on.
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind is a spinning attraction based on the first Inside Out movie that came out in 2016. It has the five emotions, Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, and Disgust on the ride vehicles and in front of the ride. This attraction used to be in A Bug’s Land and was called Flik’s Flyers. Radiator Springs Racers
Radiator Springs Racers is one of the most popular rides in all of California Adventure. It’s located in Cars Land and is so fun and thrilling. You see all of the fun cars from the first movie and have a fast race with another car at the end.
Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree
Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree is another Cars themed ride in Cars Land. The ride vehicles are the baby tractors from the movie. They spin you around like crazy and you’ll hear Mater’s voice on the speakers.
Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters
Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters is the third Cars Land ride. Your ride vehicle is a cute little convertible car and you’ll hear really fun music while on the ride.
Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley To The Rescue!
Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue is a ride based on the first Monsters, Inc. Pixar movie. It’s a really cute ride that people of all heights and ages can go on. You’ll see your favorite characters from the movie like Mike, Sulley, and Boo.
Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters
Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters is one of the few Pixar rides in Disneyland park. It’s theming is from the Toy Story movie and it has Buzz Lightyear and Zurg on it. You aim at targets and earn points for it. This ride is located in Tomorrowland.
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is based on the first Pixar Finding Nemo movie. It’s an underwater submarine ride that opened in 2007 after the success of the Finding Nemo movie.
Coco Ride
California Adventure park is going to be getting a new Pixar ride that will be based on the movie Coco. Construction is supposed to start in 2026, but exact dates for construction and an expected opening date have not been announced. This will be a water boat ride featuring the music from the movie.
