If you’re someone who easily gets queasy and experiences motion sickness, then you’ll need to do some research before going to Walt Disney World in Florida. This list has the Disney World rides to avoid if you get motion sickness. Don’t worry though, there are still a lot of rides that you can go on and still feel good after.
Mission: SPACE
Mission: SPACE is in EPCOT and is one of the worst rides for people who experience motion sickness. It is a simulation ride with screens and some people feel claustrophobic on it.
Star Tours
Star Tours is a Star Wars themed ride in Hollywood Studios. It has a big screen with 3D effects that make some people feel sick.
Guardians of the Galaxy – Cosmic Rewind

Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run is an interactive ride that some people report makes them feel queasy and sickly. It’s in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios.
Space Mountain
Space Mountain is an attraction in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom. It’s a dark roller coaster that goes somewhat fast.
Toy Story Midway Mania!
Toy Story Midway Mania is a ride in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios. It’s a 3D ride with screens everywhere and some sharp turns.
Soarin’ Around The World
Soarin’ Around The World is in EPCOT. It has a huge screen that makes some people not feel good. It’s better if you’re in the row on the bottom though.
Tron Lightcycle Run
Tron Lightcycle Run is a super fast roller coaster in Magic Kingdom. The way you are sitting in the ride vehicle makes some people feel worse than other roller coasters.
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is a very fast roller coaster that goes upside down and has a lot of crazy turns. It’s located in Hollywood Studios.
Tower of Terror
Tower of Terror is a drop attraction in Hollywood Studios. It goes very fast as it pulls you down and it’s hard to anticipate what will happen next.
Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
Expedition Everest is in Animal Kingdom. It takes you to the top where the Yeti is, then you do the track backwards, which is rough for some people.
