Disney World is full of magical attractions. Some are longer rides and some are shorter. This list has all of the shortest rides at Disney World. You won’t believe how quick some of them are!
The Barnstormer
The Barnstormer is the shortest ride in Disney World with a ride length of only 1 minute! This quick ride is located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom.
Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster
Rock ‘n’ Roller is a very fast roller coaster that is only 1.5 minutes long. This ride is in Hollywood Studios park. Its top speed is 57 mph.
Astro Orbiter
Astro Orbiter is a care-free ride that takes you up in the air for 1.5 minutes. It is located in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom.
Dumbo the Flying Elephant
Dumbo the Fly Elephant is another 1.5 minute ride. It is very similar to Astro Orbiter, but with Dumbo theming. It’s a really cute and fun ride in Fantasyland in Disneyland.
Mad Tea Party
Mad Tea Party is also a 1.5 minute ride that is located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom in Disney World. This ride is also in Disneyland, but it is covered in Disney World, unlike Disneyland.
Magic Carpets of Aladdin
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin is a ride that lasts for 1.5 minutes. You can find this cute ride in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom.
Alien Swirling Saucers
Alien Swirling Saucers is a spinning ride with a ride length of 1.5 minutes. It is in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios.
Prince Charming Royal Carrousel
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel is a classic carousel ride that you go on for 2 minutes. It’s short, but a typical length for a carousel. This ride is in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom.
Slinky Dog Dash

Peter Pan’s Flight is one of the most beloved rides in Disney World. It has long wait times, which is ironic since it only takes 3 minutes to ride. It is located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom.
Expedition Everest
Expedition Everest is a 3 minute long roller coaster. It has a yeti protecting a forbidden mountain. It’s in Disney’s Animal Kingdom park.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh is a quick 3 minute ride. This cute ride is in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. It used to be Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride and was replaced by this ride from Disneyland.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is a 3.5 minute ride. It is an enclosed roller coaster in EPCOT. This ride opened in May 2022 and is still very popular.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a roller coaster that takes you through the Wild Wild West. The length of this attraction is 3.5 minutes. It is located in Frontierland in Magic Kingdom.
Kali River Rapids
Kali River Rapids is a 3.5 minute river rapids water ride. It is located in Animal Kingdom park at Disney World. Prepare to get wet on this ride!
Test Track
Test Track is a car ride in EPCOT that has a duration of 4 minutes. It is currently undergoing a huge refurbishment with a new storyline, so it is unknown if it will still be 4 minutes long when it reopens.
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is a 4 minute long drop ride. It is spooky and so fun. It’s located in Hollywood Studios.
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin is an interactive 4 minute ride. You’ll aim at targets and try to rack up a high score. You can find this fun ride in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom.
Millenium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run
Millennium Falcon Smuggler’s Run is a 4.5 minute ride. It’s in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. This is a motion simulator attraction that opened in 2019.
Tomorrowland Speedway
Tomorrowland Speedway is a ride that lasts for 5 minutes. This is one of the longest rides on this list, although it is still a pretty short ride. It’s located in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom.
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is also a 5 minute ride. It’s in Hollywood Studios park. It’s a really cute trackless ride that has Mickey Mouse and his friends.
