There are a lot of rides at Disney World and they are all different lengths from about 1 minute to 20 minutes long. There are some Disney World rides that are too short though and leave you wanting more.
Slinky Dog Dash
Slinky Dog Dash is a cute roller coaster located in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios. It’s one of the most popular rides in the park, so you can expect to either buy a Lightning Lane or wait for a while. The ride time is only 2 minutes long.
Peter Pan’s Flight
Peter Pan’s Flight is a magical ride located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom park. It is known for long waits, typically around 40 minutes or more and the ride time is only 3 minutes long. The long wait makes guests question if it’s worth it for a 3 minute ride.
Dumbo The Flying Elephant
Dumbo The Flying Elephant is a really fun ride in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. It has a ride time of 1.5 minutes, which makes for a very short ride.
The Barnstormer
The Barnstormer is one of the absolute shortest rides in Disney World with a quick ride time of 1 minute. The ride feels like it barely started, then it’s over. This ride is in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. This is the shortest ride at Disney World. See all of the shortest Disney World rides here.
Guardians of the Galaxy – Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy – Cosmic Rewind is located in EPCOT and is a really fast and thrilling enclosed roller coaster. It is 3.5 minutes long, but it’s so fun that it would be great if it was a little longer.
TRON Lightcycle / Run
TRON Lightcycle / Run is known for surprising guests with how short the ride time is. It’s only about 1 minute long, which is crazy for the long waits this ride attracts. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is a cute dark ride in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. Anything with Pooh Bear is super cute and hard to get enough of. This ride is 3 minutes long.
Alien Swirling Saucers
Alien Swirling Saucers is located in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios park. It has a ride time of 1.5 minutes.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a cool roller coaster in Fantasyland. This Snow White themed ride is only 2.5 minutes long.
Space Mountain
Space Mountain is a fun and magical farm roller coaster. It’s located in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom. This thrilling ride has a ride time of 2.5 minutes.
Pirates of the Caribbean
Pirates of the Caribbean is a fun ride in Magic Kingdom park. It’s 8.5 minutes long, which isn’t necessarily short, but if you’ve ridden this ride at Disneyland, then it feels short. The Disneyland version is almost double with a ride time of 15 minutes. This makes the Magic Kingdom version feel short and rushed.
It’s A Small World
It’s A Small World is the longest ride on this list with a ride time of 10 minutes, but if you’ve been on Disneyland’s version in California, then it feels short. The one in Disneyland is 15 minutes long and more detailed.
