Walt Disney World and Disneyland have a lot of the same rides, but they also have a lot of unique ones. This list has rides at Disney World that aren’t at Disneyland. If you want to go on them, you’ll have to go to the Disney parks in Florida.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a Fantasyland ride that is Snow White themed in Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. This ride is also located in Shanghai Disneyland.
TRON Lightcycle / Run
TRON is another ride that is only located in Magic Kingdom in Disney World and in Shanghai Disneyland. It is not at Disneyland in California. This is a really fast and fun roller coaster.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
This ride is themed after the Guardians Of The Galaxy movies. It is a fast roller coaster set to lively music. It is located in EPCOT in Disney World and is the only one of this ride.
Frozen Ever After
Many Disney parks have the ride Frozen Ever After, but sadly Disneyland is not one of them. This ride has locations in EPCOT in Disney World (in the Norway Pavillion), Toyko DisneySea, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris, France.
Avatar Flight of Passage
Avatar Flight of Passage is an Animal Kingdom ride in Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney World. This is the only one of this ride in the world.
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is a super fast and thrilling roller coaster in Hollywood Studios in Disney World. It has an Aerosmith theme right now, but will be changed to Muppets theme in the near future.
Alien Swirling Saucers
Alien Swirling Saucers is a Toy Story themed spinning ride. It is in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios at Disney World. Disneyland has some Toy Story rides, but not this one.
Living With The Land
Living With The Land is a calm boat ride in EPCOT. It gets a Christmas overlay for the holiday season and the name changes to Living With The Land – Glimmering Greenhouses.
Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
The only Disney park in the world that has Expedition Everest is Animal Kingdom in Walt Disney World.
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin is an Aladdin themed ride in Magic Kingdom. The ride structure is very similar to Dumbo the Flying Elephant at Disneyland, but it has a different theme.
The Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror
Tower of Terror is another ride at Disney World and not Disneyland. In Disney World it is in the Hollywood Studios park. Disneyland used to have this ride in California Adventure park, but it was changed into Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!
The Barnstormer
The Barnstormer is a Magic Kingdom ride that is loved by kids and adults. You will not find this ride in Disneyland.
Test Track
Test Track is a fast car ride in EPCOT in Disney World. This ride is currently closed and undergoing a massive refurbishment.
Kali River Rapids
Kali River Rapids is in the Asia area of Animal Kingdom in Disney World. The whole Animal Kingdom park is really unlike anything at Disneyland.
Tomorrowland Speedway
Tomorrowland Speedway is an attraction that is in Magic Kingdom in Disney World. You drive a gas powered car, like Autopia in Disneyland.
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
This ride is located in the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT in Disney World. It is a boat ride that you will not find in Disneyland.
Kilimanjaro Safaris
Animal Kingdom in Disney World is the only Disney park that has the Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction.
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
The Prince Charming Regal Carrousel is only at Magic Kingdom in Disney World. Disneyland has the King Arthur Carrousel instead.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is a cute ride inspired by the movie Ratatouille. This ride is only in EPCOT in Disney World. Disneyland does not have a Ratatouille ride.
Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
This ride is more commonly known as the Peoplemover. It is in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom.
Na’vi River Journey
Na’vi River Journey is a dark Avatar ride in Animal Kingdom. The Shaman animatronic is said to cost somewhere between $10 million and $23 million!
Spaceship Earth
Spaceship Earth is an attraction inside the EPCOT ball. This attraction is not at the Disneyland parks.
Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress
The Carousel of Progress is a rotating theater attraction. It is in Magic Kingdom in Florida.
Mission: SPACE
Mission: SPACE is in the World Discovery section of EPCOT in Disney World. There is not an attraction like it in Disneyland.
