If you’ve been to Disneyland a lot, then you might be looking to do some unique things that you haven’t done before. Do Disneyland like the pros and experience these secret things to do at Disneyland.

Sign A Guest Book

The first guests of the day on Storybook Land Canal Boats get to sign a special guest book every morning. If this is something you want to do, then you’ll need to rope drop and hurry over to the ride.

Dessert Parties

Dessert parties are a great way to have a good viewing area of special events like fireworks and World of Color. They’re a little pricey, but you also get desserts, cheese, and drinks.

Lamplight Lounge is a nice restaurant overlooking the water in California Adventure. You can request to be seated at the Cars table, which has tons of toys in it from the Cars movies. This is perfect if you have a little boy.

Order Secret Menu Items At Lamplight Lounge

Lamplight Lounge also has secret menu cocktails you can order. A fun one to get is the Dole Whip drink that tastes like a boozy Dole Whip.

Go Into Walt’s Apartment

Walt Disney’s Apartment is in Disneyland on Main Street, USA above the fire department. You can see his lamp still lit up. The only way to go into Walt’s apartment is to do Walt’s Main Street Story Tour.

Go Inside The Castle

The Castle has the Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough. You see stained glass windows and things that tell the story of the Sleeping Beauty movie.

Fitness Classes In The Parks

Disney Resort hotel guests have the option of signing up for fitness classes in the empty parks before they open.

Watch The Sh-Boom Lighting

The Sh-Boom Lighting happens every night at sunset in Cars Land. The Sh-Boom song from the movie plays and the neon lights in Radiator Springs turn on one by one. It’s beautiful and fun to experience.

Use The Buddy Pass

The Buddy Pass is only for the Monster’s, Inc ride in California Adventure. A group of 2 or 3 people can wait in a shorter line and fill the last row in a ride vehicle if it’s empty. You can get a Roo pass at the Winnie the Pooh ride in Disneyland, which is the same thing.

Get Pixie Dusted

You can go to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Fantasyland and ask to be Pixie Dusted. This is where a cast member will sprinkle glitter on you. This is really fun for little kids.

Marine Observation Outpost

Marine Observation Outpost is for the ride Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage. If you don’t want to go on the actual ride, you can go to the Marine Observation Outpost and watch the ride from there.

Go To Club 33

Club 33 is a very exclusive area of Disneyland that you have to have a very expensive membership to to access. Some people are able to go here through their work or friends. There is a nice restaurant in here.

Dine At 21 Royal

21 Royal was going to be where Walt Disney would host people. It’s now a very expensive restaurant that is hard to get into.

Have A Picnic In Toontown

Good Boy Grocers in Toontown offers picnic baskets you can buy that come with a blanket, snacks, and drinks. Take it over to the grass in Toontown to set up your picnic.

Look For Hidden Mickeys

Hidden Mickeys are all over the parks and they are so fun to find. The one in this picture is in the Main Street Magic Shop and is a Mickey made of ropes. See more hidden Mickeys in Disneyland here.
