Disneyland and California have a lot of fun rides with a lot of noise and things going on in them. If you’re looking for something quieter or less intense, there are still some great options. These are the least overstimulating Disneyland rides.
Jungle Cruise
The Jungle Cruise is located in Adventureland in Disneyland. It’s a low-key ride that is slow-moving and does not have a lot of loud noises or anything crazy going on.
It’s A Small World
It’s A Small World is a slow-moving boat ride that is relaxing. It’s located in Fantasyland in Disneyland. The catchy song might be too much for some people, but it’s not as loud as other rides.
Pixar Pal-A-Round
Pixar Pal-A-Round is the ferris wheel in Pixar Pier in California Adventure park. If you ride non-swinging it’s slow and not overstimulating. If you ride swinging, it’s not relaxing at all.
Storybook Land Canal Boats
Storybook Land Canal Boats is a quiet, guided boat tour attraction. You go through Monstro the whale and enter a land of miniature villages from Disney movies.
Casey Jr. Circus Train
Casey Jr. Circus Train is a really cute and fun train ride attraction in Fantasyland in Disneyland. It’s not intense and the music is not super loud.
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is located in Tomorrowland in Disneyland. It’s a chill ride that is slow. If going into the submarines makes you nervous, you can opt for the room by the queue that is a viewing area of the ride.
Dumbo the Flying Elephant
Dumbo The Flying Elephant is a cute spinning ride in Fantasyland in Disneyland. It plays circus music, but it’s not loud and overstimulating.
Silly Symphony Swings
Silly Symphony Swings is a swings ride next to the water om California Adventure park. It’s not a long ride and it’s carefree.
Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes
Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes is a canoe ride you can go on that’s on the Rivers of America in Frontierland in Disneyland. There are no loud noises on this attraction.
Mark Twain Riverboat
Mark Twain Riverboat is also on the Rivers of America in Frontierland in Disneyland. This big steam-powered vessel provides a relaxing ride in a busy theme park.
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind is an Inside Out themed attraction. It’s a spinning one, but the spinning is not super fast and intense.
Autopia
Autopia is a car ride attraction in Tomorrowland in Disneyland. It’s not intense and does not have loud music. The cars are gas-powered and a little loud though.
Alice in Wonderland
Alice in Wonderland is another cute ride in Fantasyland in Disneyland. It’s a dark ride and is not overstimulating.
King Arthur Carrousel
King Arthur Carrousel is a classic merry-go-round style attraction. It plays nice, calming music and is a fun one for kids to go on.
Peter Pan’s Flight
Peter Pan’s Flight is an iconic Fantasyland attraction in Disneyland park. It’s slow and the music is not overly loud. It’s a fun ride for people of all ages to go on.
Jessie’s Critter Carousel
