It’s rare to see, but sometimes this ride shows that it has a 13 minute wait. This actually means there is no wait at all and that you can walk right onto it. It’s just fun to use a spooky number to show this.

Paul Frees is the voice of the Ghost Host on the Haunted Mansion attraction. You can also hear him on Pirates of the Caribbean saying “Dead men tell no tales”.
The Outside Was Complete 6 Years Before The Inside
The exterior of the Haunted Mansion attraction was completed in 1963, but the inside of the ride was not finished until 1969 when the ride opened. Walt Disney did not want it to look under construction or unkept, so they completed the outside right away.
The Ride Is Not In The Building You See
The building you see is just a facade and where the stretching room is. The stretching room takes you underground and you walk to another area that is outside of where you think the park is.
