Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!

Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! is the Disneyland ride with the biggest and most intense drops of all. This ride is located in Avengers Campus in California Adventure park. It pushes you up and drops you at 39 mph.
Grizzly River Run

Grizzly River Run is a river rapids water ride in Grizzly Peak in California Adventure park. It has two bigger drops and some smaller ones. The biggest drop is a 21 foot drop and causes the ride vehicles to spin.
Space Mountain

Space Mountain is a thrilling dark roller coaster in Tomorrowland in Disneyland. It has several drops, but none are super intense or from really high up. They feel more intense than they are because you can’t see them coming with how dark the ride is.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is a newer attraction in Bayou Country that replaced Splash Mountain. It is known for its 50 foot drop, which you can see the logs go down from outside of the ride. This is the drop that soaks guests with water. It has other drops too, none as big as the 50 footer though.
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is an immersive attraction in Galaxy’s Edge that features Kylo Ren, Stormtroopers, Rey, Bb-8, At-Ats, and more. This ride has a short free fall drop towards the end of it. It’s not super intense, but can catch you by surprise if you don’t know it’s there.
Star Tours – The Adventures Continue

Star Tours – The Adventures Continue is a classic Tomorrowland attraction in Disneyland park. It has simulated drops that go along with the action you see on the screen.
Incredicoaster

Incredicoaster is an Incredibles themed roller coaster in California Adventure park. It’s the fastest ride at The Disneyland Resort with a top speed of 55 mph. It’s a long roller coaster with several big drops. The biggest drop is a 108 foot drop.
Pixar Pal-A-Round – Swinging

Pixar Pal-A-Round is the iconic Ferris wheel in California Adventure that has Mickey on it. You can ride swinging or non-swinging. If you ride swinging, your ride vehicle will have drops along the way.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a really fun roller coaster in Frontierland in Disneyland. The drops are not super high up and intense. Riders only need a lap bar for this ride to stay safely on the ride vehicle.
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run

Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run does not actually have real drops, but instead it is a motion simulation attraction that simulates drops.
Pirates of the Caribbean

Pirates of the Caribbean is one of the most iconic attractions in Disneyland. It has two drops that are in the dark at the beginning of the ride. Radiator Springs Racers is a thrilling Pixar Cars attraction in Cars Land in California Adventure park. There are no big, dramatic drops on this ride, but there are some drops on the fast, racing portion of the ride.
Jumpin’ Jellyfish

Jumpin’ Jellyfish is a drop ride in Paradise Gardens Park in California Adventure. You board a jellyfish that rises to the top, then pretty slowly drops and goes up and down a few times.
Matterhorn Bobsleds

Matterhorn Bobsleds is a roller coaster in Fantasyland in Disneyland. Like most other roller coasters, it has some drops. This ride is full of small drops, twists, and turns.
Chip ‘n’ Dale’s GADGETcoaster

Chip ‘n’ Dale’s GADGETcoaster is a little roller coaster in Mickey’s Toontown in Disneyland. This ride has some small drops, but nothing too intense for kids that are tall enough for it. Goofy’s Sky School is the mouse-trap roller coaster located in Paradise Gardens Park in California Adventure. It does not have any huge drops, but instead has several small drops.
