All Of The Least Crowded Dates To Visit Disneyland in 2025

Published by Elizabeth Morgan on December 28, 2024

Disneyland has a lot of fun events going on in 2025, but they draw in big crowds which is not always fun. If you’re wanting to go to Disneyland when the crowds aren’t as crazy, there are some dates you should be considering booking your trip for. This list has the least crowded dates to visit Disneyland in 2025 based on past years data of when the parks were and were not busy.

January 7-9

January 7-9, 2025 is expected to have very low crowds. This is because the Christmas season will be over and people will be back at school and work.

January 14-16

January 14-16 is expected to have low crowds for similar reasons as the last dates. January through March is known as the slower season for Disneyland.

January 22-24

January 22-24th should also have lower crowds at Disneyland. These are weekdays, which always have lower crowds than weekends do.

February 4-7

The crowds at Disneyland should be relatively low February 4-7th. These are weekdays during the slower travel season.

February 24-27

February 24-27th is expected to not be very busy at Disneyland. There are not really any holidays or festivals going on.

March 3-6

March 3-6th is the last set of days that shouldn’t be busy for a while. Right after this the parks will be very busy for spring break. People’s spring breaks are spread out typically through the months of March and April.

May 6-8

May 6-8th shouldn’t be too busy at Disneyland and California Adventure since spring break is over and summer hasn’t started yet.

May 12-15

May 12-15th is the last non-busy week for quite a while. The summer months are very busy. These days are also right before the Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary celebration that starts on May 16th. A lot of people will wait till then to go to Disneyland.

August 26-28

Halloween time at Disneyland starts August 23rd. It will be very busy for opening weekend, but the weekdays following shouldn’t be too bad.

September 9-11

The weekdays in September (like September 9-11) are not expected to be busy. This is the ideal time to visit and experience Halloween without having crazy crowds.

September 16-18

September 16-18th is the last time during Halloween time that Disneyland is not expected to be super crowded. The rest of September and all of October will be very busy, based on previous years data.

November 4-6

November 4-6th is a great time to go to Disneyland and have very low crowds. This is because Disneyland will be between their Halloween and Christmas seasons and it’s before Veteran’s Day.

November 18-20

Christmas time at Disneyland starts November 14th and will be very busy that weekend, but the weekdays afterwards will be not so bad.

December 1-4

December 1-4 will be busier than November, but shouldn’t be too crazy with heavy crowds. It’s a fun time to experience the holiday decorations, holiday overlays on rides, and seasonal menu items.

December 8-11

December 8-11th will also be busier than November, but this is the last chance to visit during the Christmas season before people are off of work and school for Christmas break.
