Disneyland is frequently changing up menus at their restaurants whether it’s with seasonal items or new menu items that could stay for a while.
Disneyland just announced some changes to the menu at its quick service restaurant Rancho del Zocalo. This Mexican restaurant is very popular and located in Frontierland in Disneyland Park.
Rancho del Zocalo’s new menu changes went into effect on September 3, 2026.
They have some new menu items and some returning fan favorites.
A new menu item is the Chicken Tostada Salad. It has chicken with pico de gallo, sour cream, rice, beans, cotija cheese, guacamole, and lime cilantro-avocado dressing.
There is another new meal that is nachos! It has tortilla chips, beans, guajillo cheese sauce, house-made & tomatillo salsas, red jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole.
The next new item is Mexican-style Shrimp Cocktail. It is poached shrimp, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, cucumber, celery, and spicy cocktail sauce served with crackers.
The menu item I am most looking forward to is a returning menu item, the Duo of Cauliflower Tacos. This dish has cauliflower al pastor, corn tortillas, and house-made salsa served with rice, beans, and a lime wedge. It is plant-based.
Plant-based guests are excited to have a new food option in the parks that is not just a salad.
Rancho del Zocalo also added a new kids menu item that I can see being popular. It is Kid’s Beef Taquitos. This has two taquitos filled with shredded beef served with a Cuties Mandarin Orange, applesauce, and choice of small DASANI water or small low-fat milk.
They also added a returning item, Fresas Con Crema, which is strawberries with sweet cream and looks delicious.
Another new item is the Jamaica Slushy.
