There are so many fun attractions at Disneyland and California Adventure, but some just do not live up to the hype. This list has the most overrated rides in Disneyland.
Matterhorn Bobsleds
Matterhorn Bobsleds is a Fantasyland ride in Disneyland. It can have kind of longer wait times and it’s very bumpy and can hurt your back when you ride it.
Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure
Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure is in Avengers Campus in California Adventure. It sounds like a cool ride since it’s Spider-Man, but it doesn’t live up to the hype for a lot of guests. It’s too similar to other rides and slinging webs gets a little old.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run misses the mark for a lot of guests. It’s fun to have a Star Wars ride and it’s a cool ride, but people either love it or don’t quite get it.
Autopia
Autopia in Tomorrowland sounds like a fun ride, but you have to push the gas pedal down for so long that it causes calf cramps for some people.
Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin
Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin is in Toontown. It sounds like a cute ride for kids, but it’s jerky and doesn’t have the cutest theming.
Toy Story Midway Mania!
Toy Story Midway Mania is on Pixar Pier in California Adventure. The ride has very long wait times for what it is. It also needs more Toy Story theming in the ride. The characters are so cute and should be in it more.
Goofy’s Sky School
Goofy’s Sky School in California Adventure is a mouse trap style ride. It has very sharp turns that are a bit scary. Guests either love or hate this ride.
Golden Zephyr
Golden Zephyr is in California Adventure. It closes very frequently due to wind, so when it does open you have to hurry and ride if you want to. It might not live up to your expectations though.
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is a really cool Star Wars ride in Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland. It’s fun and cool, but the wait times get out of control and it’s not really near other attractions, so it can feel like a waste of time to head out there.
Peter Pan
Peter Pan is a very cute and popular ride. The reason it’s overrated is because it has crazy long wait times all day long, then the ride is only a couple of minutes long.
