If you’re planning a Disney parks visit soon, then you absolutely have to spend some time in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
It is located in Disneyland park in California and in Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in Florida.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is unlike anywhere else in the park. Whether you’re a Star Wars fan or not, you’ll love exploring this area.
In this post I’ll tell you all of the things you have to do while visiting this land!
1. Ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
Rise of the Resistance is the favorite ride amongst guests who visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
It’s a unique, one of a kind ride. You can purchase Lightning Lane for it to avoid big wait times.
2. Visit During The Day and Night
Galaxy’s Edge aka Batuu is so cool to see during the day, but it’s absolutely breathtaking at night when it’s all lit up.
If you can fit it into your day, try to see it during the day and the night to experience both.

3. Drink Blue Milk
Blue Milk is one of the most underrated things in the parks! Our family can’t get enough of it.
It’s like a refreshing, fruity smoothie. It’s perfect for a hot day. You can also try green milk, but most people prefer blue milk.
It’s available at Milk Stand. You can mobile order here, but we don’t because the line moves pretty quickly.
4. Eat A Ronto Wrap
Ronto Wraps are a delicious quick service food option from Ronto Roasters. They can be mobile ordered, which is always so convenient.
You can also get a breakfast version of this wrap, or get a plant based one called the Ronto-less Wrap.

5. Watch For Characters
One of the coolest things about this land is that there are tons of characters walking around.
There are almost always Storm Troopers and other characters you might see are Kylo Ren, Rey, The Mandalorian with Grogu, Darth Vader, Chewbacca, R2-D2, and more.
6. Ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is the other ride is Batuu.
Use Genie+ or single rider to have a much shorter wait than in the standby queue.
7. Make Reservations Before You Go
There are a few things you’ll need to plan ahead on and get reservations for. Reservations are available to book 60 days in advance and can book up quickly.
You can try to join the walk up list on the day of, but it’s never guaranteed that they’ll be able to fit you in.
The things you need a reservation for are eating at Oga’s Cantina, building a lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop, and building a droid at Droid Depot in Disney World.
8. Buy Souvenirs
Head to Black Spire Outpost Marketplace to find yourself some cool souvenirs. There are lots of good souvenir options here to checkout and buy for yourself.
