When you go to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland you truly feel like you’ve been transported into the Star Wars movies and onto the planet Batuu. There are so many amazing things everywhere you look. These are the best things to do in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland.

Meet Characters

Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland has so many roaming characters that you can meet, interact with, and take pictures with. We’ve seen Stormtroopers, Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, the Mandalorian and Grogu, and more.

Ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is the most popular ride in Galaxy’s Edge, and for good reason. It is super immersive and thrilling. This is a trackless ride so you can’t look ahead and know what’s next. The Stormtroopers and animatronics of Kylo Ren look real.

Drink Blue Milk

You can get Blue Milk and Green Milk from Milk Stand, which is just to the left after you get to Galaxy’s Edge from Frontierland. Blue Milk is delicious and tastes like a fruit smoothie.

Build A Lightsaber

You can build your own custom lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop. It’s a splurge since it costs $219.99 per person who builds a lightsaber. See more Disneyland splurges here.

Ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run

Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run is the other ride in Galaxy’s Edge that you can go on. It is a motion simulator attraction where you fly in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon. Everyone is assigned a role, one of which is the pilot.

Eat Ronto Wraps

One of the most popular food items to get in this land is Ronto Wraps. You buy these at Ronto Roasters. You can get a Ronto Morning Wrap for breakfast, a Ronto-less Garden Wrap, which is available all day, or the classic Ronto Wrap.

Shopping

If you love shopping, then you’ll want to checkout the gift shops in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. They have Black Spire Outfitters, Toydarian Toyshop, and more. You can buy already built lightsabers, clothing, toys, and more.

Build A Droid

You can assemble your very own custom droid in Disneyland for $99.99. You’ll do this at Droid Depot. This is another fun splurge to do.

See Galaxy’s Edge At Night

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is beautiful no matter what time of day you are there, but it is extra magical and beautiful at night. The spires above the Millennium Falcon light up and the whole area comes to life.

Season of the Force

Season of the Force is a special time at Galaxy’s Edge because there are extra things going on like firework shows, projection shows on the spires, specialty menu items, and special character meets. They also do Star Wars Nite on select nights during this season. It usually runs from about the end of March to mid-May.

Get A Drink At Oga’s Cantina

Oga’s Cantina is the place to go if you want a drink. This restaurant mainly has drinks, but also some snacks. You need a reservation to go here.

Find The Hidden Donald Duck

If you catch Oga’s Cantina from the side when coming towards it from Frontierland, you can see that the whole building is a hidden Donald Duck. The roof plus blue banner hanging down look like his hat, the circle on the building looks like his eye, and the cover over the door looks like his beak.

Look At The Ground

There are so many cool details in Galaxy’s Edge. One of them is the details on the ground. There are droid marks and footprints from Star Wars characters.

Get A Soda

The soda bottles in Galaxy’s Edge are super unique and cool. They look like they are straight out of the Star Wars movies. You can get Sprite or Coke.
