These are all of the must-try holiday eats at Disneyland in 2025. The Disneyland Resort just released their holiday foodie guide that is full of Christmas inspired drinks, treats, and more. There are a lot of new items and returning items. Tons of them look super cute and incorporate characters into them. They also look delicious. Santa Baymax Macaron

The Santa Baymax Macaron is a holiday take on the Baymax Macaron you can get in California Adventure park. This one has the addition of a little Santa hat and it is filled with peppermint buttercream, chocolate ganache, and dark chocolate crunchies. You can get it from Lucky Fortune Cookery in San Fransokyo Square from November 14th through January 7th. Mobile ordering is available here. This is a returning item.

Mickey Gingerbread

The Mickey Gingerbread cookie is easily the most iconic food item at Disneyland for the Christmas season. They can be hard to come by too, so try mobile ordering them first thing in the morning. This is a soft gingerbread cookie shaped like Mickey Mouse as a gingerbread man and it is decorated to look cute and Christmasy. There is a limit of five per person. You can get them from November 14th through January 7th. They will be available at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Market House, Fiddler, Fifer, & Practical Cafe, and Red Rose Taverne. The White Mocha Peppermint Tree-Shaped Macaron is super cute and will likely be very popular this holiday season. It will be at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe with mobile ordering available. This is a new menu item this year that will only be available from November 14th through December 14th. It is filled with peppermint buttercream and a coffee bundt cake center. It has red, gold, and green sprinkles on it with a star on top.

Gingerbread-Cranberry Cheesecake Trifle

The Gingerbread-Cranberry Cheesecake Trifle is a new and very cutesy menu item at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe this year. It has layers of gingerbread cake, cheesecake, and cranberry compote topped with gingerbread crunch, white chocolate mousse, and a mini gingerbread man. Harbour Galley is a restaurant located in New Orleans Square in Disneyland Park. They are known for having delicious cookies. During this holiday season they will have their returning item of the Gingerbread Cookies. They are fresh-baked gingerbread cookies that are available in packs of 6 or 13.
