One of the most iconic desserts at Disneyland Resort is Mickey macarons. These Disneyland Macarons are so cute and so tasty.
In this post I’ll tell you where to get them, what flavors are available, and what cute little shapes.
There are also a few places in Walt Disney World to get this Disney food, but in this post we’ll just be focusing on the Disneyland Resort.
What Is A Macaron?
You may be wondering what exactly a macaron is. These little treats are called macarons or French macaroons. Macarons are two little sandwich cookies put together with a cream in the middle.
Common ingredients in a macaron are egg whites, heavy whipping cream, almond flour, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and food coloring.
Equipment you would need to make them are a stand mixer to mix the batter, baking sheets, parchment paper, and a bowl.
These aren’t something you can make from a recipe in minutes. They take a lot of time and recipes for them are hard to master.

At Halloween time they have had a mummy Mickey macaron before. It’s the perfect little spooky treat!
They usually have seasonal macarons too, like chocolate strawberry macarons, cookies and cream macarons, and a Santa Hat macaron during Christmas time.
Alien Pizza Planet
If you love sweet treats and Toy Story, then you have to check out the Alien Macarooooon at Alien Pizza Planet. It looks just like the little green aliens in the Toy Story movies.
It is filled with a blackberry lemon curd and has a chocolate decoration on top for the aliens 3 eyes. They also have seasonal offerings like a Holiday Green Alien Macaron.
