If you’re heading to Disneyland with a baby, you might be wondering where you’re going to breastfeed or pump.
Surprisingly, there are tons of places to do this! I’ll go over some of the best ones in both Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park.
Disneyland
Baby Care Center
The Baby Care Center in Disneyland is located at the end of Main Street near First Aid and Little Red Wagon. If you’re facing the castle, it’ll be on your right. If you can’t find it, ask a cast member.
There are rooms for nursing your baby or pumping and having some privacy. This is also a great place to change diapers, feed your baby, and take your toddlers to the bathroom.
They also have high chairs, bottle warmers, and a vending machine with formula, diapers, sunscreen, and more.
You can learn more about it here.
Main Street Cinema
The Main Street Cinema is a nice place to nurse your baby, pump, or hold your sleeping baby. It is located on Main Street, USA.
They play different Disney shorts on the screen that will keep you entertained.

Docking Bay 7 Food And Cargo
Docking Bay 7 Food And Cargo is a quick service restaurant in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. It has an enclosed seating area and the booths have high dividers, offering a little privacy. Also, they play fun, relaxing music here.
If you need a bite to eat or a drink, place a mobile order before you get there so you can pick it up and enjoy it while you breastfeed your baby.
Harbour Galley
Harbour Galley is in Critter Country in Disneyland. It has some seating out front, but the best seating is around the side. It’s much quieter, close to the river, and it’s typically easier to find open seating there.
On Some Attractions
Not all rides work for breastfeeding, but there are a few that do. The best ones are “it’s a small world”, Pirates Of The Caribbean (after the two drops), and the Disneyland Railroad.
Tropical Hideaway
Tropical Hideaway is in Adventureland. It has a lot of seating and is in a shaded area. I also love peaceful, tropical music.
Seating can get pretty full in the afternoon and evening, but is easy to find earlier in the day.
Grab yourself a Dole Whip before or after nursing your baby!
Enchanted Tiki Room
If you’re looking for an air conditioned place to breastfeed or pump, this is it! It’s in Adventureland.
This is also perfect if you have other kids with you because the birds will be fun for them to watch.
California Adventure
Baby Care Center
The California Adventure Baby Care Center is in San Fransokyo Square next to Ghiradelli Soda Fountain And Chocolate Shop.
It offers all the same perks as the Disneyland one that I wrote about above.
Walkway Under Silly Symphony Swings
Did you know there’s a walkway under this attraction? Go to the ride and go left to walk under the ride.
This walkway is shaded and wraps all the way around the ride. There are some benches and even fans above some of the benches.
It also has a nice view that looks out to the water and some of the other attractions.
Flo’s V8 Cafe
This restaurant in Cars Land is great for nursing. It is air conditioned, has comfortable booths, and a really cool view of the ride Radiator Springs Racers.
They also have yummy food and drinks. You can mobile order here.
Sonoma Terrace
The thing that makes this a great area for pumping and nursing is that they have outlets for charging your phone or pump.
They also have comfortable seating, it’s a good spot for babies and toddlers to nap, and you’ll have a nice view of the parade if there’s one going on.
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail
This is a great place to nurse if you have other kids who would enjoy playing here while you nurse your baby. It’s in the Grizzly Peak area.
Fiddler, Fifer, & Practical Cafe (Starbucks)
This is the Starbucks in California Adventure. It is indoors and has nice booths that will give you a little more privacy if needed.
Grab yourself a coffee and a snack to enjoy while you’re here.
