Disneyland
Disneyland in California was the first Disney park ever. It opened July 17, 1955.
Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom was the second Disney park ever and the first park at Walt Disney World. It opened October 1, 1971.
EPCOT
EPCOT was the second Disney World park to open. It made its grand opening on October 1, 1982.
Tokyo Disneyland
Tokyo Disneyland was the first ever international Disney park to open. It opened on April 15, 1983.
Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios was the third Disney World park to open. It was originally called Disney-MGM Studios. It opened on May 1, 1989.
Disneyland Paris
Disneyland Paris was the first Disney park to open in Europe. This park was originally called Euro Disneyland. It opened April 12, 1992.
Animal Kingdom
The fourth and last Disney World park to open was Animal Kingdom. It opened on Earth Day, which was April 22, 1998.
California Adventure
California Adventure is the second park at Disneyland Resort. It replaced what used to be the Disneyland parking lot. It opened on February 8, 2001.
Tokyo DisneySea
Tokyo DisneySea opened the same year as California Adventure park. It opened on September 4, 2001 and was the second park at the Tokyo Disney Resort.
Disney Adventure World
Disney Adventure World is the second Disney park in Paris. It used to be called Walt Disney Studios Park and it opened March 16, 2022. It changed to Disney Adventure World in 2026 when they added a ton to the park, including Arendelle.
Hong Kong Disneyland
Hong Kong Disneyland park officially opened on September 12, 2005. This is the smallest Disney park in the world.
Shanghai Disneyland
Shanghai Disneyland is the newest Disney Park in the world. It opened June 16, 2016. It has the tallest Disney castle in the world.
