These are all the things you will need to know if you are going to The Disneyland Resort in March 2026.
Bluey’s Debut
This is Bluey’s Debut in Disneyland. She makes her arrival with her sister Bingo on March 22nd. They will be in the Fantasyland Theater. It will be transformed into Bluey’s school. you’ll be able to see the grannies, play keepy uppy, dance with Chattermax, and eat Bluey inspired foods from Troubadour Tavern. There will also be a life-sized gnome village and fairy garden. Bluey will also be in Disney World starting sometime this summer.
The 70th Celebration Continues
The 70th Celebration Continues. It will go until August 9th. This comes with special 70th decor, merch, shows, and more.
70 Years Of Favorites
70 Years Of Favorites is a new after dark event in Disneyland this year. The dates for it are March 3rd and March 5th. As of right now you can still buy tickets for both nights. It is $159 per person. Disneyland will close for general admission guests at 8pm on these nights and the event officially goes from 9pm to 1am. Guests can enter at 6pm though. At the event you can meet Mickey & Friends, Merlin from The Sword in the Stone, Filk from A Bug’s Life, and more special characters.
Food & Wine Festival
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival goes from March 6th through April 27th. They will have special event foods for purchase, culinary demonstrations, and more going on for it.
Ride Closures
Ride closures in March are Grizzly River Run, Jungle Cruise, Jumpin’ Jellyfish closed 2/23-3/8, Golden Zephyr closed 3/9-17, Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin closing March 30th, and the Disneyland Railroad closing March 30th.
Other Closures
Other closures are Oga’s Cantina reopening 3/14 and the walkway between Cars Land & Avengers Campus.
Weather
The weather in Anaheim in March has average highs in the mid 60s to low 70s, average lows in the low 50s, and a moderate to low chance of rain.
Crowds
You can expect crowds to be lower the first half of the month, then higher the second half of the month due to Spring break.
Parades
The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade is part of the 70th Celebration. It features Duffy, ShellieMae, Mickey and friends, and more characters. This parade runs daily on Main Street. It is at 1:30pm and 2:45pm everyday except March 9th it is only at 2:45pm. Paint the Night is a nighttime parade in Disneyland park. It runs every night in March except for March 3rd and 5th because of the event 70 Years of Favorites. It is at 8:30pm and 10:30pm on most nights, but check the Disneyland schedule for the exact dates you are there. This parade features Tinker Bell, Mack and Lightning McQueen from Cars, Sorcerer Mickey, Belle, and more.
Fireworks
Wondrous Journeys is a nighttime show at the castle in Disneyland. It will be every night with projections and there are fireworks on certain nights. The nights in March that will have fireworks are March 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20-31st. It is at 9:30 every night, except March 3rd and 5th it is at 7:30pm since the park closes early on those nights.
World of Color Happiness
World of Color Happiness every night except March 12th at 9pm. It will be at 9 and 10:15pm on March 29th and 30th. This is a nighttime show in Paradise Bay in California Adventure that is part of the 70th Celebration. It has a Muppets pre-show and features Inside Out.
Other Nighttime Entertainment
Fire of the Rising Moons is another nighttime show. This is on March 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20-31. It is at 9:30pm in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Shadows of a Memory is another nighttime show in Galaxy’s Edge. It is every night in March except for March 3rd and 5th. There are usually a few times per night and the times vary, so check the schedule for the day you are there if you want to see this show. Fantasmic is a nighttime show on the Rivers of America in Disneyland. It is on March 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, and 27-31. It is at 9 and 10:30pm.
Savannah Bananas Day
Savannah Bananas Day is on March 26th. There will be things going on for it at Disneyland and California Adventure. There will be special entertainment, player greetings, banana-themed treats, baseball fun, and more. They will have a Savannah Bananas Cavalcade and a Banana Filled Castle Performance.
