Walt Disney World is full of fun rides for families, children, and adults. There are four parks, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. Each one has something for everyone. There are some rides that are extra fun though and will get your adrenaline pumping. This list has all of the best thrill rides at Disney World.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is easily one of the best thrill rides in all of Disney World. It’s located in EPCOT. It is fully enclosed and parts are dark. It’s full of twists, turns, and even spins.
TRON Lightcycle / Run
This Magic Kingdom ride is one of the newer ones in Disney World. Your ride vehicle is like a bike. It’s full of drops and you have to be 48 inches tall to ride it.
Expedition Everest
Expedition Everest is a thrilling roller coaster in Animal Kingdom park. This ride reaches a point where the track suddenly stops and the track then goes backwards.
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is a big, fast roller coaster in Hollywood Studios. It currently has an Aerosmith theme, but is going to be redone to have a Muppets theme.
Space Mountain
Space Mountain is a classic thrill ride in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom. It’s a dark roller coaster so you can’t see where the track is about to go.
Tower of Terror
The Tower of Terror is one of the scariest rides in all of Disney World, and it is very thrilling. It’s a drop ride where you board an elevator that goes wild.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a mine train roller coaster in Frontierland in Magic Kingdom park. This ride is iconic and so fun to ride on.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a ride with a Snow White theme in Magic Kingdom. It has parts that are unexpected and surprising, like changes in speed and swinging carts.
Slinky Dog Dash
Slinky Dog Dash is a really cute Toy Story themed roller coaster. It’s located in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios park.
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is a really fun trackless ride in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. Since it’s trackless you can’t really anticipate what will happen next. Some parts go a little fast and there’s even a small drop.
Test Track
Test Track is an EPCOT attraction that is known for being a thrill ride. You design a car and test it out, with the last part being a high-speed drive.
Kali River Rapids
Kali River Rapids is a water river rapids ride in Animal Kingdom. Prepare to get wet and have a good time on this ride.
