If you’re going to Disney World in February, take note of these closures before you go. This includes attractions, shows, hotel closures, and more.
Astro Orbiter

Astro Orbiter closed in January to start a refurbishment. It should be reopening sometime in the late summer of 2025.
Typhoon Lagoon

Typhoon Lagoon is one of the water parks at Disney World. It closed in November and does not have a reopening date. It will probably reopen sometime in the spring, maybe around March.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Magic Kingdom closed in January for a year long refurbishment. That means it will be closed for all of 2025. Disney hasn’t really said what they’re doing, except that it will have some extra magic.
Hall of Presidents

Hall of Presidents in Magic Kingdom is closing January 20th and does not have a reopening date, but will likely stay closed through February while they move President Donald Trump in the attraction.
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros

Gran Fiesta Tour in EPCOT closed in January for refurbishments. It will be reopening on March 15th.
The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure

The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure is a new show coming to Hollywood Studios park. There used to be a show called Voyage of the Little Mermaid, but it closed and will be replaced by this new one sometime in summer of 2025.
Kali River Rapids

Kali River Rapids is a water ride in Animal Kingdom park. It closed in January for seasonal maintenance and should be reopening sometime in March or this spring.
Test Track

Test Track in EPCOT has been closed since June 2024. It’s undergoing a huge refurbishment with a lot of updates. It is supposed to reopen sometime in late summer of 2025.
Some Resort Pools

Some of the Disney World Resorts have pool closures. This includes Bay Cove Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Stormalong Bay at Disney’s Yacht Club, and Fantasia Pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.
Resort Rooms

Some of the Disney World Resorts have room closures for refurbishments. This includes rooms at Port Orleans French Quarter, Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.
