Published by Elizabeth Morgan on November 15, 2024

Disneyland surprisingly has a lot of great vegan food options that are delicious! This list will tell you all of the best ones, in no particular order.

Mickey Pretzels

Yep, you read that right, the iconic Mickey pretzel is vegan! No modifications are needed to make it vegan, just don’t eat the cheese sauce. This snack is salty, affordable, and kind of filling. You can get them from pretzel carts around Disneyland and California Adventure park.

Allergy-Friendly Mickey Waffles

Mickey waffles are not typically vegan, but you can order them vegan and gluten free. Tell your server that you are vegan or gluten free and need the allergy friendly Mickey waffles. They taste the same and look just as cute. You can get them from anywhere they do character dining and from Carnation Cafe in Disneyland.

Sesame Ginger Vegetable Noodles

This delicious noodle dish is from Alien Pizza Planet, which is in Tomorrowland in Disneyland. It’s my favorite plantbased meal in Disneyland right now. It has noodles, a sesame-ginger sauce, carrots, broccoli, scallions, cilantro, and more veggies.

Dole Whips

The famous Dole Whip is vegan! As long as you don’t get any of the special seasonal versions with gummies or other things on top. In California Adventure you can get Dole Whips from Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats. In Disneyland You can get them from The Tropical Hideaway and Tiki Juice Bar.
